I have noticed possibly a bug that i am trying to resolve.
I have a charactor with the sword of ameratasu (????) which has the ability instills fear and inspire mod
Looking through the ancillary to effects table i found the sword and its effects
I have heard that the inspire buff does not work and confirmed this when testing in battles.
However when i changed this to buff the generals aura this did work, so i know the sword is working correctly.
However i have found no benefit from the mod_unit_morale_enemy -1 effect which should lower morale. I have tried making this number -3,-8,1,3,8 and in combat found no effect on the enemy morale.
Does anyone know if this ability works or if it is yet another broken ability?
