Default 15 trillion scam by rogue US agency

There are three possible conclusions which may come from it. First, there may have been a massive piece of money-laundering committed by a major Government who should know better. Effectively, it undermined the integrity of a British bank, the Royal Bank of Scotland, in doing so. The second possibility is that a major American department has an agency which has gone rogue on it because it has been wound up and has created a structure out of which it is seeking to get at least €50 billion as a pay-off. The third possibility is that this is an extraordinarily elaborate fraud, which has not been carried out, but which has been prepared to provide a threat to one Government or more if they do not make a pay-off. These three possibilities need an urgent review.

In April and May 2009, the situation started with the alleged transfer of $5 trillion to HSBC in the United Kingdom. Seven days later, another $5 trillion came to HSBC and three weeks later another $5 trillion. A total of $15 trillion is alleged to have been passed into the hands of HSBC for onward transit to the Royal Bank of Scotland. We need to look to where this came from and the history of this money. I have been trying to sort out the sequence by which this money has been created and where it has come from for a long time.

It starts off apparently as the property of Yohannes Riyadi, who has some claims to be considered the richest man in the world. He would be if all the money that was owed to him was paid but I have seen some accounts of his showing that he owns $36 trillion in a bank. It is a ridiculous sum of money. However, $36 trillion would be consistent with the dynasty from which he comes and the fact that it had been effectively the emperors of Indo-China in times gone by. A lot of that money has been taken away from him, with his consent, by the American Treasury over the years for the specific purpose of helping to support the dollar.

Mr Riyadi has sent me a remarkable document dated February 2006 in which the American Government have called him to a meeting with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, which is neither the Federal Reserve nor a bank. It is a bit like "Celebrity Big Brother". It has three names to describe it and none of them is true. This astonishing document purports to have been a meeting, which was witnessed by Mr Alan Greenspan, who signed for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York of which he was chairman, as well as chairman of the real Federal Reserve in Washington. It is signed by Mr Timothy Geithner as a witness on behalf of the International Monetary Fund. The IMF sent two witnesses, the other being Mr Yusuke Horiguchi. These gentlemen have signed as witnesses to the effect that this deal is a proper deal.

And before you subconciously categorize the author into the SciFi blogger/ conspiracy theorist brigade, he is a Lord. Not "my Lord", by a Lord anyway: David James, Baron James of Blackheath

While I do not doubt the veracity of of Baron James, nor the fact that Haloperidol must be difficult to come by these sad days, his previous revelation that Foundation X* is ready to inject massive amounts of cash to the British economy may cast some confusion on his sanity.

So, where did the 15 trillions go? And what about the 750,000 tons of gold of the Saudi prince? And you think it's a good idea to have them undergo a psychiatric evaluation before they are created as Peers?

Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
For the past 20 weeks I have been engaged in a very strange dialogue with the two noble Lords, in the course of which I have been trying to bring to their attention the willing availability of a strange organisation which wishes to make a great deal of money available to assist the recovery of the economy in this country. For want of a better name, I shall call it foundation X. That is not its real name, but it will do for the moment. Foundation X was introduced to me 20 weeks ago last week by an eminent City firm, which is FSA controlled. Its chairman came to me and said, "We have this extraordinary request to assist in a major financial reconstruction. It is megabucks, but we need your help to assist us in understanding whether this business is legitimate". I had the biggest put down of my life from my noble friend Lord Strathclyde when I told him this story. He said, "Why you? You're not important enough to have the answer to a question like that". He is quite right, I am not important enough, but the answer to the next question was, "You haven't got the experience for it". Yes I do. I have had one of the biggest experiences in the laundering of terrorist money and funny money that anyone has had in the City. I have handled billions of pounds of terrorist money.

Baroness Hollis of Heigham: Where did it go to?

Lord James of Blackheath: Not into my pocket. My biggest terrorist client was the IRA and I am pleased to say that I managed to write off more than £1 billion of its money. I have also had extensive connections with north African terrorists, but that was of a far nastier nature, and I do not want to talk about that because it is still a security issue. I hasten to add that it is no good getting the police in, because I shall immediately call the Bank of England as my defence witness, given that it put me in to deal with these problems.

The point is that when I was in the course of doing this strange activity, I had an interesting set of phone numbers and references that I could go to for help when I needed it. So people in the City have known that if they want to check out anything that looks at all odd, they can come to me and I can press a few phone numbers to obtain a reference. The City firm came to me and asked whether I could get a reference and a clearance on foundation X. For 20 weeks, I have been endeavouring to do that. I have come to the absolute conclusion that foundation X is completely genuine and sincere and that it directly wishes to make the United Kingdom one of the principal points that it will use to disseminate its extraordinarily great wealth into the world at this present moment, as part of an attempt to seek the recovery of the global economy.

Why didn't we use said Rogue Agency (or its methods) to relieve our debt beforehand? I want free, magical money.

If the purported trillions are actually on record with the banks, then it most definitely is a scam. There is no record of anyone named "Yohannes Riyadi" on the internet except in relation to "Foundation X". Unless it is a pseudonym it is hard to believe the richest man in the world would not be mentioned once before this. And since he would be the richest man, he wouldn't be using a pseudonym.

The gold most certainly doesn't exist. The US reserve holds about 4,577 metric tons of gold, apparently about 2.5% of all gold estimated to have been refined in human history. This "Yohannes" claims to have 750,000 tons. That is more gold than all that has ever been mined in the history of man.

This immediately casts doubt on the records of discussions with the Federal Reserve Bank, which most definitely would know better than to accept an obviously non-existent horde of gold to back a transaction.

Now, $15 trillion is a large amount for HSBC to handle. In 2010, HSBC had $2.454 trillion in assets. Even for such a large bank, $15 trillion is a massive sum. There would be a huge paper trail, and tens of thousands of people would know. I find it hard to believe that the transfers ever happened.

So, either the transfers, Foundation X, and Riyadi do not exist, or there is a massive conspiracy in the works that powerful people want to keep hidden.

I think Lord Blackheath has lost his mind. Or I hope, because the alternative is scary.

Exactly, it would take some massively huge balls to try and pull something off like this. Extremely unlikely.
    I think I'm funny.

    James Riady maybe?
In the garb of old Gaul, with the fire of old Rome,
    From the heath-covered mountains of Scotia we come;
Our loud-sounding pipe breathes the true martial strain,
And our hearts still the old Scottish valour retain.

How can the injection of more papermoney lead to a better economy? The more papermoney on the market ,how lower its purchasing power... I'm a bit puzzled.
Unless it is backed up by 750 ,000 ton of gold... And how can we know for sure how much gold has been dug up ?

15$ Trillion. I find that hard to believe taking the US economy is ~$15 trillion GDP and the world economy is ~$70 trillion GDP.

The Federal Reserve printed at least $16 trillion out of thin last summer and gave it away to international banks, mainly in Britain. That was discovered after Bernie Sanders and some other American heroes managed to get the first audit of the Federal Reserve since its 1913 inception. And I said at least $16 trillion because the audit was only partial; the Federal Reserve refused to allow the American government look at any further records. If it was a full audit? HA! I can't even imagine what's on their books, especially on their off-balance-sheet.

As the quote attributed to Henry Ford goes: "It is perhaps well enough that the people of the Nation do not know or understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning."
Once a political decision has been reached to proceed with internal disturbances in Syria, CIA is prepared, and SIS (MI6) will attempt to mount minor sabotage and coup de main [sic] incidents within Syria, working through contacts with individuals. Incidents should not be concentrated in Damascus. [A] necessary degree of fear, [...] frontier incidents and [staged] border clashes [will] provide a pretext for intervention. The CIA and SIS should use [...] capabilities in both psychological and action fields to augment tension. [Funding should be provided for a] Free Syria Committee [and arms should be supplied to] political factions with paramilitary or other actionist capabilities.

I wonder if this fifteen trillion might have come from cash the US dumped in Iraq and remains unaccounted for?

    Er....
    http://dailycaller.com/2012/02/25/br...-reserve-scam/

Still, Lord James breathlessly trumpeted the report. “I have this quite frightening piece of paper, which is my justification for bringing it into this meeting,” he intoned. “It is available on the Internet and I am astonished that it has not already been unearthed by the Treasury because every alarm bell in the land should be ringing if it has.”

There’s a reason the bells might not have gone off in Parliament. The right honourable gentleman, as British peers are fond of calling one another, could have figured out why by spending 10 seconds with the Earl of Google.

The first search result for ”Yohannes Riyadi” is, curiously enough, a Web page from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York titled “Scams Involving the Federal Reserve Name.”

“The Federal Reserve is aware of a fraudulent scam,” the page reads, “involving individuals using the names Yohannes Riyadi and/or Wilfredo Saurin, or persons claiming to be representatives of these two men.”

“In a typical version of this scam, Mr. Riyadi and/or his delegates falsely claim that they have on deposit with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York several U.S. Treasury Checks issued to Mr. Riyadi amounting to billions of dollars. … The fraudulent scheme includes multiple documents which purport to have the signatures of various Federal Reserve officials, including Chairman Ben Bernanke.”

So it emerges that the name “Yohannes Riyadi” is synonymous with the names of various apocryphal Nigerian princes whose spam emails promise riches in exchange for help moving their inheritances to American banks.

It’s a good thing — for the British, at least — that Lord James apparently doesn’t have a computer.

$16 trillion out of the Federal Reserve was hidden until a group of Congressmen and Senators managed to get a partial audit of the institution. Why would $15 trillion be hard to hide?

    Shocked?

It doesn't end there. What about the $9 trillion "lost" by the Federal Reserve in 2010?

Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

And what about the $2.3 that was "lost" by the Pentagon?

Hiding trillions is normal, Danzig! Don't sweat it though, I'm sure it'll all show up sometime.
