War colleges

I have searched the forum and still didnt find any way to build them.Does someone know how can i build them?

I am playing as Reikland.....

you mean to make mages? you cant its scripted, you only get one unit a game.

Νo war colleges are guilds like merchants guilds,how can i get them?
I know about special units that are scripted noone knows hot get war colleges in the entire
forum?

I have never seen war college building in game- there are alot of things in EDU that are not enabled in the game.

these guilds were disabled for purpose in earliest versions of mod. They cause random crashes, save corruption or other unspeakable troubles. The benefits their provide were spread among other buildings.
