I just wanted to know if it is possible to change the models for ports, just like the models for the cities, Armies, Agents... =)
Because, for example the grey heavens of Mithlond dont look very elvish

I think it's possible , only I don't know how or where you change it. One problem could be that some factions use the same port model , meaning that if you change it , those also will look like elven ports.
I looked in export_desc_building_enums.txt and these are the different types of cultures for ports , docks etc.
