    Default Installing mods?

How do I install mods? Do I just copy the files into the data directory?
Do I have to modify the user.script.txt file as I see in some mode descriptions? if so, where do I find it in Windows 7 Steam installation?

Hello Browning;most of the times each Mod forum will provide clear instructions on how to install the Mod.
Basically this comes down to putting the Mod's pack files in the NTW datafolder and placing a userscript in the NTW scripts folder,or adding a user script entry(s) if you already have a userscript for another mod.

If it is your first NTW Mod then the scriptsfolder for NTW for windows 7 can be found here:Drive:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Napoleon\scripts

For the scripts folder to be present make sure you have started the vanilla game for at least one time.

You can then type in;Creative Assembly in your search tab.
Make sure you have enabled ''searching for hidden maps and folders'' as the Creative Assembly folder is often hidden.

If you still cannot find your NTW folders for Modding purposes you can have a look at THIS link that will explain it all for every operating system.
If this still doesnt work, you can view THIS youtube link that will provide a movie on how to do it.

    Hope this helps
