I'd like to try this out sometime soon. I'm getting a new computer shortly and will have the capability to do so. What programs do people use for it?

FRAPS captures the directx outgo (video+audio). Some years ago the program was freeware: Here is the last available free version of the software http://www.chip.de/downloads/FRAPS-L..._13007435.html. I donīt know if this version works with M2TW on the different Windows versions.

VirtualDub is a free video editing program. In theory you can do everything that is needed for a Letīs play with this program, but most users donīt understand the interface and itīs functions. Itīs used for cropping, cutting and encoding the captured material.

CoolEdit Pro 2.1 is not needed. Windows movie maker works quite fine if you blench to edit your material with VirtualDub.
