Need a clean models_effects folder

I've been tinkering with the mod for a while and now it looks like I've deleted the wrong folder (which should be backup folder ). What I've got now is imperial soldiers with bloodpowder instead of gunpowder.
fyi,the folder size should be around 3-4 MB.

I backed up the whole data folder for the exact reason, lose some disc space but save a lot of nerves and time.
