From the lands acquired from Alloborgs and from lands acquired as a result of further conquest of Gaul, plots will be created for citizens and for veterans.
If any of nobilitas holding Latifundia, shown mismanagement, and its income reaches minus, will be deprived of this land and the slaves are working on it, re-sold. From the ground, taken away, plots will be created for citizens and the money from the sale of slaves will go to the Treasury.
If necessary, the three-person commission* will be stained to look into the parceling and land allocation.
