He is an avid debater and a balance stone to Waitcu's often radical views.

He is also an important contributor to the Zhanguo mod. He worked both as a modder and as a translator, bridging the gap between the Chinese and Western modding communities.

I am aware of sephodwyrm's past on the forums, but however he has learned his lesson and has been posting differently since.

I say he deserves to be a civitate, and I say make him one now.

That's all folks! /bugs bunny out!

    08-01-2005, 10:25 PM / Flame warning

User warned for flaming. In a conversation about Illegal immigrants, his post consisted of nothing but:

    Quote:
People that complain about immigrant workers are lazy bumbasses who couldn't bring themselves motivated enough to work harder. They hate competition and love stagnation.

These are not only over-generalized, but also offensive.

    Illegal Immigrants thread

    Quote:
Dedakiss, perhaps learning how to spell in your native language is going to make your point more convincing.

Attacking someone directly because they have poor grammar is a flame.

    Foreign Workers thread, again

    Quote:

And yes Dedakiss, you do sound like a jackass.

This makes Warning #3. User suspended for 1-day.

    Warning - expires 15/03/2006

Unnecessary comments / flames , making indirect insults to a member.

    Quote:
    Google > Baidu?

Not in my experience. I am a fan of Chinese pop music of the 80s and 90s and Google gives me zit.

I admit that Google is sometimes good when I need to search for US Civil War confederate marching songs or banned Nazi songs.

Did I say that? Or was it a plain self-admission from you?

    Quote:
    This is what I did:

    1. Call you a conderate scum, which I think is a bunch of separatists that killed 600000 Americans at least
    2. And then say that I use Google to search fo Conderate Marching songs as well as banned Nazi songs

These 2 are, when viewed from an unbiased outsider, completely unrelated.
Really, your sensitivity never ceases to amaze me. Perhaps it is income disparity. Fear not. My hourly income is lower than yours for now.

    Quote:
No. I consider Conderates as Americans as well. The confederate loss is close to 200000. When added together, the separatist war of the US killed 560000 Americans, with the wounded exceeding 400000, and was perhaps the most costly war IN the US (not fought outside the US). I do not understand why you would fly the flag of a bunch of selfish losers that killed so many people.

    Quote:
however, it ****es me off to see scumbags flying the flags of the Confederacy. Perhaps they have no love for their fellow Americans.

    Quote:
    The Confederacy is dead.
    China is not.

Hence you're hugging a dead body. I have no inclination to necrophilia.

Plus, I didn't call you Nazi. You called yourself Nazi.

So since I'm a little asian foreigner, can I call you a moronic white native?

    Quote:
I got tired picking out spelling mistakes for you guys. Go to school. And yeah, GeneralLee, you can't even spell Hub'ite properly when it is directly in front of you. Shiish.

    9)

    Expires 19th April 2006

Flame - insulting remarks made about education of user (I've underlined). Second current warning, but has received 3 expired warnings too. Suspended. User warned via email.

    Quote:
Or maybe you should talk to a Muslim and get yourself <<slaughtered>>. You have talked to over 7 Muslims on TWC, and the amount of misunderstanding you have against Muslims is not only evident, but have grown to malignance.

I suggest you get higher education in a scientific field before giving TWC more garbage.

Third World countries are Third World countries - generally low standards of education, low income and most importantly, self-humiliation. Religion spreads quickly in such environments. There's a reason why Doomsday cults made appearances in China in 1630 (corresponding to the Great Shaanxi Drought), 1800s (corresponding to overpopulation and failure of Yellow River works), 1850 (corresponding to defeat of Opium War and influx of the narcotic), 1900 (same thing) and recently amongst old gramps (The FLG).

It seems that the spread of belief requires poverty and boredom.

    10)

    02-25-2006, 11:14 PM / caution

just a caution for posting 'I don't talk to idiots' in the China doesn't deserve Olympic games of 2008 !!! thread.

a bit ambiguous about how much of a flame it was so just a caution. User PM'd

Hmmm.... I'm unsure. He can post well, but as shown by extensive usernotes he also has a certain.... style... that creates lots of problems.

Well, if I, Belisarius, the Black Prince, and you all agree on something, I really don't think there can be any further discussion.

I dont really think he should represent the rank of Civitate. We should be grateful for the work he does but at the moment he has too many warnings (which arent exactly from last week it must be said, but recent enough to take into consideration im sure) for me to vote yes.. and if it isnt a definite yes i suppose it has to be a no.

Its shame, another few months of good behaviour and id probably vote yes on the basis of his notable contributions to TWC and TW series in general, but at the moment i think his record is a little too tainted

    Wow.

That is quite a collection of user notes. I'm going to have to give this one a resounding no pending someone coming forward and giving me some pretty spectacular reasons not to.

Being reformed for a few months after having problems for six doesn't sell me. Give it 2-3 more months of rule-abiding posting, and keep modding, then I will give him a good look again.
