Mithlond Problems

Hi, Got back to the game in 3.1 and playing as the HE. My problem is i cant get the Mithlond warriors, the city has over 24000 but still stuck on minor city so cant build the large city wall that is needed for the barracks. Bug or am i missing something? i have 2 more citys that are over 20k pop and still is minor city.

is it really only a minor city? ... because some cities like minas tirith are i think ... i hope i tell you no wrong thing now from the beginning large cities. witch turn are you?

Minas Tirith is a huge city.

Mithlond starts as a large town but I don't know what settlement level Rivendell is, it could be a large city and then HE settlements won't go further then minor city.

It takes 26k population to build a large city.

Y, ty for answers it was 26k to get it to large city, to bad i didnt build ins at start was the last 0.5% i needed. I Finaly got me Mithlond warriors now, but iam at turn 256 in a few turn i will complete the game. And still have no Smiths of eragion, that city is at 24500 quess i need the History Guild to get that last 0.5%. Not easy getting minor citys to large in 3.1 But the game is realy great anyway
