    Default Script not activating (advisor error?)

    Ohai,
    Haven't been around here for a while...

    Anyway: when I load my campaign and click on a city the adviser pops up for a split second, then disappears. I thought maybe it was activated, but I noticed 2 turns later that none of my generals on foreign land had gotten their logistics traits, so I know now that it didn't activate.

    I've already tried resetting adviser and starting again and I'd tried loaded a campaign on every setting of the adviser, but I can't get it to stay up long enough for me to click on the show-me-how button.

    Any ideas?

    And I apologize of some of the things I said don't make sense. I've had a whole bottle of whiskey in the last 20 minutes and no matter how hard I try with the proof reading I always miss some tell-tail sign.

    Quickly check your treasury when you open the game.

    The script adds 1 denarii to your treasury. If, when the adviser flashes, you have one extra denarii, it's on and you're fine.

    It does add that one coin, but my generals don't have any of the logisticsd traits

    I have noticed that, when you initially start a campaign, the advisor does indeed appear and disappear rapidly whilst self-activating the script (having checked to see if the 1 denarii has been received).

    This doesn't happen when re-loading a saved game, sadly.

    So, the first time you start you don't need to do anything, but only when re-starting from a saved position. It's actually a shame that, I assume, there isn't a way to automate it all the time.

    I found the problem.

    I was confused between RS2 and EB
    I like pie.
