Dead Men of Dunharrow
I'm sorry if this is posted elsewhere, but I couldn't find it after a brief search, so here goes.
I played my first game as Eriador, and I took Aragorn down to Erech to pick up the Army of the Dead.
Now, maybe it was because I had too many ancillaries already, but when I went there, I got the little message, but nothing seemed to happen. What do the Oathbreakers actually do? (or are supposed to do, at any rate)

Yes, if you have 8 ancillaries you can't get it.
I don't recall exactly what it does, but you can add it via console and check it out.

Re: Dead Men of Dunharrow
I played as Gondor, accepted Aragorn as the King, and took him to Erech...
Yes, got the video too about allegiance from the Oathbreakers, then looked to see if the dead Army appeared... they didnt.
So, next turn they will appear I thought... nope.
Anyway, it turns out that they dont appear at all UNTIL Minas Tirith is besieged.
Then and only then do they appear with Aragorn at the docks at Pelargir, as you'd expect from the Book lore. It does work, so no worries there.
However, Ive never taken Aragorn down to Erech when playing as Eriador, I really dont know if the Oathbreaker function will work if you are Eriador.
I played Eriador recently, didnt remember Oathbreaker / Army of Dead option turning up in the list of enhancements at the start...
Maybe someone else can confirm or deny if Aragorn can get the dead Army when playing as Eriador?
...This is my Island...

Re: Dead Men of Dunharrow
He has now got the ancillary. When an invasion has been called on Minas Tirith they will spawn together with Aragorn just outside the Rammas Echor.
