4tpy dont work

i installed the 4tpy.exe into rome/ibfd, but there is no change, i have still just 2tpy.
Anyone know about problems like that?

The exe file is the install file. If you follow the instructions which shows the deafult destination path into the RTW folder, then it should work.

Did you press the "show me how button", which must be activated every time you load up the game?
