Very funny. You have an unique style

Tip for the game: It may be wise to be a bit more discriminative with your adoptions. In EB, bad traits can
ruin you in the long run. Also Saba ain't that rich in the early game while more generals means more high-upkeep bodyguard units. If you refuse adoptions of lazy, cowardly and dumb dudes, some energetic, brave and intelligent fellas will pop-up eventually.

Alright I've breached 1k views. I hope to have an update soon but time doesn't like me much.

    @Vercingetorix: Many thanks once again.
@Posantio: Thanks for the advice. It would appear that Saba has many bumbling fools in its house.

haha, this is great! Keep it going

Edit: I don't entirely agree with Posantio. The most important of your general's traits are the sharp/charismatic/vigorous trait (talent) and unselfish/optimistic/loyal one (psychology). For most adoption candidates, there won't be too many traits already developed, and the 2 mentioned are what really determine whether or not the general will be useful in the long run. Traits such as laziness, cowardice, and bravery are normally small bonuses and penalties compared to how your general will develop overtime. After those 2 comes his ethnicity, which either moderately resists or moderately helps him govern/command/etc.

So pretty much, unless he is hopelessly incompetent, look for his talents, his psychology, and his ethnicity for whether or not he can govern/command.

Alright the long awaited update is here.

    The Hype:
@Jay_Leano tweeted: Less engaging than Spiderman 3
@Chad_Ochocinco tweeted: Worse than my last season!!!

That is about as long an update I can do with a reasonable ammount of playing time. The next one will probably be a 'World Update' thingy.

That's actually what I meant, thanks for clarifying it . I should have used the correct descriptions

Give the Seleucid AI small gifts periodically, and they should stay happy.

    Nice update anyway.

Well peeps I've been gone on a rather long vacation. Seeing as I am pressed for time this next update will be a world update.
Since it is a world update, there is a new contest for y'all.
Since the last one was so easy I will be providing 3 questions. The winner, or best guesser gets to create (read as give's me a few details) a new character who will act as a minor recuring character.

1: Who is in control of the Northwestern Province of Gaul?
2: Does Macedon control Pella, or is it Eiperos?
3: Are Carthage and Rome at war yet?

    Good Luck.

Alright people I have an issue. EB has not been working for me so I will go about reinstalling it. I kept the save game so there should be a good chance of me salvaging it. However, it means that I will have to take much longer updating if you want actual information from the game. Otherwise I can bump some of that back and take a different path hopefully finishing by friday. Which would y'all prefer?

Ok so the Save Game is dead and I cannot use it. I will probably use something known as a plot convinient reset well known in comic series. This will return.

You know, I was going to necro this to say its a shame its dead, but nice to see it isn't. I really enjoyed the style of this AAR and it would be a shame to see it go!

+ rep for keeping this alive.

Invade far-off rebel territory? (attack Britannia or somewhere horribly far away and awkward to get to.)

Good god that would be a brilliant twist would it not? Speaking of which that gives me an idea, does anyone know how to switch factions around mid game? I know how to do it in Paradox games but not for TW.

Ok, so EB is not usable for me anymore. Believe me I've tried over the last 3 months which leaves a couple options.
    1) dump and restart when EBII comes out.
    2) use another mod to do a sabean campaign
    3) use a new mod and just torture the poor pixelated character.
    I'm leaning towards #3

I'd say take option 2 with Extended Cultures. It's EB-light with quite good battle AI
