    1. To ensure the co-operation of the Plebeians, their lives shall remain unaffected apart from the food rationing.
    2. The tribunes shall be given the role of keeping the Plebeians happy and shall work with the Aedile to do so.
    3. Any action by any citizen, be they Plebeian, Patrician or Senator, that may harm the republic in such a time or question the actions of our commanders in the field shall be dealt with harshly, unless such questioning or action is in order to prevent a worse fate befalling the republic.
