I have a vast empire and i have taken all carthaginian cities, carthage is completely destroyed.... How does the marius reforms take place? can anyone help me?

Build imperial palaces in all of them and hope

OR do this:

press ~ then type: add_population Tingis 4000 until you have 24,000 population in that city.

Then use this code to auto construct whatever you have qued: process_cq Tingis until you have the imperial palace built.

Then end your turn.

Next thing you know you have Marius Reforms.

Sorry for the double post, just wanted to tell you that if you dont want to cheat all you need to do is build a Imperial Palace in Tingis. The city to the far left on the North African coast.

does that give you the republican legionaries? or imperial legionaries?

As for the legionaires, i think it has to do with the type of barracks you have in whichever city you are trying to recruit in.

So you'll need an Imperial Barracks to recruit the Imperial Legions in that city.
