Where? Shokh said it wasn't possible a few of months ago, and I've not seen anything to contradict that yet.

Well as i know this entry, it will affect the AI to disband units when it needs money.
But i´m not sure if it will begin with the weakest or outdated units. I guess it will disband first the units with the weakest ratio between unitrating and upkeepcost. And there can be affected also advanced units then.
But as many things in this engine, try it out.

I do believe that when there is further investigation on the AI spends its money...in the same file...a more accurate disbanding of units will happen. What I have noticed is that when there is no war, an AI faction will reduce its army/navy...in order to achieve other objectives. This is effective when new units become available, armies appear with greater variety.
