increase movement points

I would like to increase the movement points in campaign of units and i cant find the file and text that needs to be edited. could anybody please help me?

You must change in the units_tables the column with the name "Campaign_Map_Action_Points".

i have one more small question. is it possible to edit all of those rows at once? lol

Yeah, you can.

Export to .tsv, then import the .tsv contents in either Excel or Open Office. You can then for instance by using a formula increase all movement points by 50% (as an example).
