rs 2 ctd on campiagn loading screen with no warning or reason

rome total war.exe 1.05v windows 7 i have the mod set to all settings either low or off im running windows 7 everything works fine until i choose the campiagn and go to load it and thats when i get ctd both rtw and rs2 are fresh installs

Sounds like a corrupted save. Are you using manual saves or are you using Autosave/Quicksave?

Autosave is known to have some problems - so when it saves the file becomes corrupted. As there is only one autosave file that's it... Best to manually save. Quicksave uses the same routine as Autosave.
