No for sure, Czech mercenaries were famous in XVth century - in XVIth and especially XVIIth there was noone of them using any warwagons.
In Poland they didn't appear since late medieval and last wars vs. Teutonic Order.The only Czechs who were involved in XVIIth century wars in Poland or more in the east were in Swedish army - exiles after the defeat at White Mountain 1621.
Warwagons must be in game Cossacks relied on those and surely reached the very peak of 'warwagon military art', Poles used them with great success as well so these are indeed essential.
