    Default Do spies in foreign lands affect diplomatic standings?

    If I have a spy standing in another faction's region does it have any effect on our relationship? Not spying on characters or settlements, just an innocent bystander.

    As far as I can tell from playing and testing...Only if/when they are discovered will they effect standing...Same for Assassins as well...
