    Default Brit Chariot Problem

OK! discovered another little hiccup. British chariots are far too strong. Attacked a 3 star general with 7 units of experienced Gaul raiders. I killed two chariots and lost practically all the raiders :-( now that doesn't seem right so I did a few test with the brit chariots and different Gaul cavalry units. On all test the cavalry failed to win a single battle in fact they were decimated regardlesss of how powerful the mounted unit was. Spearman appear to do a lot better but that doesn't make sense.

chariots are anti-cavalary, because of the scythed wheels. Attacking chariots with cavalary is sucide! and it's totally logic!! scythed wheels cut throught horses' legs!! You have to use spearman/phalanx units or (even better) javelin-throwers and archers. It's most easy to shoot chariots out. to me everything makes sense.

Pietrak is right, the chariots strength lies in its mobility, bog it down and they drop like flies. The best counters/anti-measures against any chariots (those with archers are more dangerous) would be:
    1. Fire at them with archers (in DM they have bonuses against chariots I think)
    2. Unleash javelins from skirmishers and skirmisher cav (like numidian or militia cav)
    3. Bog them down with phalanx or deep lined infantry

Yep and cavalry against chariots is a way to get many piece-meal schnitzel poor horses lol Also cav vs elephants is suicide too
