Saudi blogger flees after death threats

Hamza Kashgari's tweets about Muhammad brought down a storm of death threats on him, causing him to flee Saudi arabia

But apparently, even fleeing didnt save him from getting arrested....
Now we dont know whats going to happen, but I think the most likely scenario is that he will be sent to saudi arabia where he will either get excuted or jailed for a long time.... just because he mentioned Muhammad in a not so positive way (note that he didnt even insult).


This might be unsurprising for a country that doesnt allow women to drive to do, but till when will we remain silent about this madness? I just want to spread this story to raise awareness hoping that some organization will save this poor human being from those fanatics who want to kill him just for the suspection that he might have renounced islam (which is punishable by death)

If natural selection prefer men with big dicks and small inteligence over people with small dicks and great inteligence you will get in future with great dicks and low inteligence no otherwise. So no high technology or space voyages unless women take care about that.

Look at some dogs races. They all come from wolves.

Most muslims believe in Shariah and that God really wants them to murder people like this guy. They don't share our morality, and although you already know this others don't seem to. They also believe that by "allowing" a deathbed redemption they are doing the man a great favour and sending him to paradise rather than hell, just like the Catholic Church burning heritics in the 1000s.

I do understand it, but only because my bookshelves are full of Islamic books that 99 % of Westerners will never read, and perhaps most of them would never want to read it. Even very good people I have spoken to, just get broader and broader smiles on their faces and say 'Well there is good and bad in everything right...I mean its all a matter of interpretation right...I mean its just a few bad eggs right...' it's wilful blindness and self-delusion.

You mention morality and Islam, there is a form of morality, but it's not the way we see things. We have a seperate body of equity, and ethics which includes notions of what is fair. Islam does not have that. Morality is dictated by the Koran. The Koran says someone dies, they die. The hadith says someone dies, they die. There is no mention of 'But that is very sad in this particular case....' it is just - he insulted the prophet mohammed, kill him. That is your morality in Islam - an inflexible code with very harsh results for those who break them. And Islam works on fear - as it is manifest nonsense. Anyone who could freely consider and choose the religion would probably leave it because its beliefs are so silly. But every Muslim is the policeman to enforce the faith, and strict pressure and ultimately violence leading to death is inflicted on anyone who does not tow the line. This enforcement of Islamic rules within Islamic communities is being extended to our Western communities - we as well are supposed to live in fear and do things the way Islam wants, which is bringing sharia to reign supreme. Better not 'offend' muslims or bad things will happen. And then our freedoms are taken away, one by one, until eventually there are sharia zones and open intimidation against westerners for not dressing the correct way or for entering supposedly 'muslim' lands, being off limit suburbs within western cities.

As for the Catholic Church burning heretics, look up how many they in fact burnt during the entire Inquisition. It's not that many. Maybe 3000 spread over 150 years or so. The other thing is that Christians will readily say terrible things were done in the name of Christianity, however, Muslims will never admit that. Islam never admits fault, ever. It only demands that you do, so we should never play that game.

We must be as resolute as they are, but play a smarter game. Our inherent weakness is from those within our society that enable muslims and Islam to destroy it. Most good people if they know the truth will have a different view of Islam, but they must be enabled to know.

Without the traitors within our midst, Islam would be less than a mosquito as a threat, but with traitors enabling them - it is a much more difficult problem.
