Where can I find a good map?

In the map that came with the game I find it difficult to see the cities. Does there exist a map clearly showing all the cities (settlements, I guess I should say) that I can print off?

There is the political map, it shows the settlement positions.

its not really a good map isnt it, because it uses a mod so there are more provinces and some proinces have the wrong owner

this isnt much better, but its from the original game. you will have to zoom in sometimes
