The Long Road sized map for SS

I have been playing stainless steel for a while now and I find it the almost perfect mod in almost every aspect.

However, before I started playing SS I was pretty much exclusively addicted to Tornight's The Lond Road. The major part of that was the size of the map; epic-ally huge.

I myself have the same modding experience as a ripe avocado, but I was wondering if anyone could create a submod of a TLR equivalent sized map, or at least knew how to go about creating one/link to a guide etc.? I'd be willing to learn.

I've been reading through a few tutorials now, and I don't think I have the time myself to do such a thing sadly

I don't suppose there are any submods out already that make the campaign map bigger?

Its at max region and max pixel. You would have to degrade map quality and eliminate regions to increase map size which also would affect every faction etc etc part of the game. It wouldnt really be a submod at that point. A smaller more detail map could be, but expanding afding new map, chamging all regions setup, changing and adding/eliminating factions and units, etc etc sounds to me like a whole new mod with ss skins on some things. Just my opinion. Therea submods that adjust the map but the basic layout/size stays the same, ie from persia to england to africa to northern russia/steppes.
