Quick Question

Hi there, I've just a quick question- if I install SS, is it still possible to run the vanilla game then?

I couldn't find a proper questions thread and it isn't in the FAQ. Thanks in advance!

Yes... any mod foldered mod always you to use it in addition to vanilla and any other mod foldered mods. Most of the main mods are mod foldered but not everything is- it usually says in the install or tutorial instrutions.

Okay another one

I downloaded and installed 6.4 now and all is going well. But I chose to play it in German and realised now that some voices are lacking. How do I get back to that menu where I can choose the language? Then I could just go for English.

Go to where you download SS on the medieval 2 folder click on 6.3 and click again where its says SS setup

Ah that makes me look so stupid

Thanks, though! But apparently it doesn't help when I have the German version of the game. Well, never mind, could be worse, everything else is working fine.

first, from the faq on the main page:
Q: Can I install this parallel to Stainless Steel 6.1, or Stainless Steel 6.2, or other variants earlier then 6.3?
A: Yes you can, by default 6.3 installs into a completly seperate folder and is 100% independant (hence the "standalone")

then to fix your voices:
