Used to listen a lot of songs bij Eminem but now he's going too much towards Pop, so I gave up on him..

I used to be a fan of Eminem when he was all counterculture and hated by all media, back in 2000. Now hes a commercialist slave like the rest of the sell outs. Doing love songs with Rihanna like the rest of the 'badass' teen Idols that used to be hip hop.

Whole genre have gone to hell, Screw it.

8 Mile was the finish for me. Don't be 'inspirational' just get on with it.

Some very bizarre criticisms here.

I never liked Eminem. When he was decent I wasn't into rap. When he started to suck I started to realize he was overrated and annoying.

He's got a few decent tracks, but all he did was lend credence to the celebrity culture he despised so much. I'm just not impressed. I'm sure music is very cathartic for him, and I have nothing against people who take something away from it, but I can't relate to him and I don't want to emulate him, and frankly he sounds irritating.

I like D12 though. He's okay in a group setting. Fight Music and 40 Oz. are my joint. I mean that's Detroit's Wu Tang Clan and they're worthy of it.

I used to like M&M back in high school.

Then I grew up.

Wondering did he change more or did my music tastes?

Probably a little of both.

I prefer his older work, not a big fan of his new stuff. Nor the fact that he "returned to the game" about 6 times .

he's a good lyricist theres no doubt about that and when it comes to making diss tracks he is one of the best, but there is only so far he can go because of his background.

he is entertaining though, thats why he sells.

I miss music from the late 90's and early 2000's.

Anyway, Eminem is actually the only artist who ever made me lol watching music channels.
