Hello,

I'm playing on a windows vista OS with the campaign as the high elves in version 3.1 with the patch installed. The problem is the events that are supposed to happen around turn 40 to allow advanced units never happened. I have had this problem before in previous versions its the "bugged events". I tried doing what I did last time I had this error (the instructions in the FAQ) but I'm still having the same problems. At this point I'm at around turn 70 and still no advanced units are available even in territories with high culture. I was curious if any one elus has had problems with version 3.1. I deleted the text in the first file but I could not find the "M2TW/mods/Third_Age/data/export_descr_buildings.txt" file where it is supposed to be in the data folder. So I checked the game and it made no differance in the game. The game is running fine besides this issue. I Actually had a spare "M2TW/mods/Third_Age/data/export_descr_buildings.txt" file on my desktop from the 2.0 version of the game when I had this error before so I posted that where the FAQ said it should be with the changes it said to make and it did not change anything one way or the other either.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
