file missing?

hi , i'm new in this forum , just registered to ask for help.

i've dowloaded 3.0 version of the game today and i really want to play it . i like total war series anyway and idea to play " lotr" version sounds nice to me

but when i got this 2 parts and installed them ( ive made third age folder and 2 folders in it : " pt1" - heres part2 installed , and "pt2" - heres the second part) .
when i start the game by clicking on the icon ive got a " wrong" vindow wheres a massage that it couldnt find "kingdom.exe" file - and the game does not opens .

can anyone help me? is it a problem of wrong instalation ? dowload was ok , files from this site .

Do you have the Kingdoms expansion?

hmmm , sory don't know what kingdoms expansion you mean . ive got only third age files

You have the Medieval 2 game. There is an expansion for the game named Kingdoms. You need it to play TATW

oh , thats explains a lot , i hope ill have enough space for all those games ;/ medieval2 and kingdoms weight a lot . and after instaling kingods it'll work ? can i instal only 1 kingdom campaign?

Also copying the kingdoms.exe from your cd to the Medieval 2 Total war folder is enough.

ok , i did as you guys said: i installed m2tw and kingdoms( britain campaign ) but i still get this :

in english it means that Windows can't find kingdoms.exe and i have to make sure that the name of the file was typed correctly . to do that i have to press "Start" and "search" ...

so what now ?;/

You must install TATW in your Medieval 2 Total War game folder. You can not install game in separate folder. Search for kingdoms.exe and install TATW in that folder.
