I did read the FAQ, that was why I mentioned that ¨from my understanding¨ you could, just wanted to be sure if you will. So I should be able to install Stainless Steel with no problems whatsoever?

Yes you can install ANY mod without problems.

Just to reiterate what Emperor of Hell is saying, currently, I have Stainless Steel 6.4 installed and TATW 3.1 installed, both work perfectly fine.
