download/extracting problems

hello guys i need help with my downloading of call of warhammer plus this same problem happens with my stainless steel mod. every time i try to download ss or call of warhammer it downloads good but when i extract the parts it just comes back as the parts i have download it doesnt part away into folders like games usually do when they get downloaded/extracted. this has been happening i try 2 download call of warhammer or stainless steel maybe once ot twice a day for the past week and the same problems occurs or it says i can not extract this file because it is zipped so please can i get some help with this i will be back to check in roughly 8 hours and i really wonna play call of warhammer and stainless steel.

well i am on a laptop its able 2 run games its up to windows 7 and im on steam

Here buddy, go to this page http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=519022 and try download the mod using that torrent, all the files are already unpacked.
