    Default "HELP WEAKENED FACTIONS" counters not reseted?

    Sorry if I am missing something, but shouldn't gondor_weakened and other counters be set to 0 at the end of HELP WEAKENED FACTIONS section? Because, if not they will keep their value of 1 once they are set to it and will trigger every turn until the end of the game no matter of the conditions latter in the game.

    One more thing. I've noticed that when Last Stand part of the script is triggered the spawned general is always the same for some factions (Boromir for Gondor example). So, if Gondor has less than 3 settlements for 5 turns, there will be 5 Boromir generals on the map in the same time and that is not realistic.
