Well, I just gotta! The Greek firethrowers (they really kick/burn ass) can turn the tide of any battle better than Christian God! - But not Zeus!

I guess good archers can beat them. Their range is not that long.
A few well place trebuchet shots will take care of them as well...
Things I trust more than American conservatives:
Drinks from Bill Cosby, Flint Michigan tap water, Plane rides from Al Qaeda, Anything on the menu at Chipotle, Medical procedures from Mengele
One unit of them isn't that effective, you need to have at least 3/4 to do some serious damage
Yes, they are very appreciable and useful.
Unlike most other short-range troops, they usually fry the enemy so badly that they retreat immediately.
I´ve had a battle in the Crusades campaign where my small Byzantine army was dragged into a battle between my egyptian allies and the antiochians, and my army just skirmished at the outskirts of the battle. The Fire Throwers did really well by running around and setting the enemy flanks aflame, or by burning any crusader units that left the main army to try and attack my archers (My ally eventually lost the battle, forcing me to sound the retreat as well, but I suffered almost no casualties AND burned a huge pile of crusaders to cinder)
They are weak to archers, cavalry and basically anything that doesn´t charge at them straight from the front, though...
Heart of silver, Mind of gold
Fist of iron and Tongue to scold
Proud to be a Viking!
Mortars and GFTs are very helpful in siege defense, get the enemy into a choke point and watch the massacre.![]()
Just got my hands on Kingdoms and i must admit - these guys rock! Simmilar to the Naffatun, with the same weaknesses though...
