    Code:
    16 -0.090000004 0 0 -0.34999999 0.80000001 0.60000002
If you use the mounts and officers line, there should never be a torch.
    Code:
    -1 0 0 0 0 0 0
Now it works! thanks and +rep

hello Hellekin, it crash at launching or while a battle loading?

great model(for early Portugueses?), ah...rapid share removed the muslim I've modified from what Rolling Wave uploaded. Open this tutorial and in same time your model, you will notice there is not left hand's assignation into my models.
It seems that the assignation of colors isn't like in my tuto, and the weight isn't assigned.

Also few mistakes about/in comments can provoke CTD as well.

I see, the entire Left arm(also the left hand) and the entire flag+pole have to be assigned to Left Upperarm.
You have to select point by point the mentionned elements. Its easy if you hide all other elements(legs, head...etc). By the way you avoid risk of mistakes about assignations of joints.

Further, this blue part(left arm+ banner) should be 'weighted", thats doable from the lesser buttons(under "vertex weights)
The referencial numbers are same than ones from JoeDreck mesh.
    92 for Bone Left Upperarm
    2 for Bone Left Hand

Or more simply 100 for Bone Left Upperarm and "none" for the left hand. Thats work too, I don't know what is the best...

Forward to see your portugueses. Decent early portugueses are really lacking around TWC.

I'm sorry, can you upload the images again? They are all gone and I'd like to get a more step-by-step guide.
