Change Finance System

Hey,
is there any way to change the ETW finance system?
what i want is to make it possible to have debts as an example -450 and that your units don´t decrease?
excuse my terrible language please

the decrease is a direct consequence of your bankruptcy. If you need more money, you could always mod your treasury in the savefile

thank you but this is not what i meant

. i wanted to have debts like -1240 and the number of troops is not decreasing.

I can understand where you are going, but what would be the use of doing so?
You can get some kind of loans through diplomacy by offering tributes in exchange for a nice pile of cash. This would also create a built-in intrest, since the AI wouldn't allow a deal to give you e.g. 5000 and receive 1000 spread over 5 turns, which adds some realism to your debt.
Since I'm always in a very comfortable position regarding finances, I've got no such experience, but perhaps the technology "National Debt" might influence the ability to have a negative treasury?
If none of this would do, you could always return to what i suggested at first and keep track of your "loans" you granted yourself, in order to be able to deduct these sums form your treasury later on. It's not the form you desired, but it's pretty much the same in content.
