    Hey,
    I know this was already subject in other topics, but those weren't current.

    So I want to change the UpKeep Costs and such things.
    Which patch or data file do I have to change, so it has an effect ingame?

    You'll need to change patch4.pack. If you're new to modding, you should try this tutorial first.
