Sorry for my bad English. I am playing with Portugal first time ada its turn 250 but i dont have any unit with guns in my roster. Is there any problem with me or Portugal simply dont have any units using guns?

Probably because you haven't build any buildings that can train gun units.
Normally gunpowder units are trained from the highest level city barracks, which need to be in large or huge cities. Portugal certainly has gunpowder access because they have their own unique arquebus units among other things.
Gunsmiths are required. They are buildable as soon you get the Gunpowder event I believe.
You may also need the Alchemist's Lab/Achemist School/University, which becomes available when you have built a Great Market in a city. Look here to see what you need for any unit (look down the bottom of the web page) http://totalwar.honga.net/unit.php?v...d=Hand_Gunners

OK, here is a definite answer:
Gunpowder infantry are only avaliable in cities. Portugal has access to the following Gunpowder units:
Hand Gunners
Portuguese Arquebusiers
Musketeers
Bombards
Ribaults
Grand Bombards
Culverins
Basilisks
Lanternas
Caravels
Grande Carracks
To get the gunpowder infantry, you will need a Huge City. Build the militia buildings up until you get to the one which gives you Pike Militia. This one will also give you Hand Gunners. The subsequent buildings will give you Portuguese Arquebusiers and Musketeers, respectively.
Gunpowder artillery can be built in either city or castle. They require the Gunsmith line of buildings, avaliable after the discovery of gunpowder. The first building (Gunsmith) will give you Bombards, the next (Cannon Maker) will give you Ribaults and Grand Bombards, the next (Cannon Foundry) will give you Culverins, and the last (Royal Arsenal) will give you the best cannons in the game: the Basilisks.
Gunpowder ships can be built after the discovery of gunpowder (obviously). Lanternas can be built from the Dockyard (also requires gunpowder). The Portuguese and Spanish are unique in that they do not need a new building after the "World is Round" event to sail to the New World; their Caravels are avaliable from the Dockyard after the event, and are capable of sailing to the Americas. The final building will give you the best ship in the game: the Grande Carrack. Only your Spanish counterparts will be able to match you in the production of these near-unsinkable masters of the ocean.
The Alchemist's Laboratory is NOT needed to produce gunpowder units; only to upgrade their weapons. However, artillery is a one-hit kill on troops, as is infantry (almost), and naval battles are generally sketchy (stupid auto-resolve), and so the Alchemist's Laboratory is virtually useless.
So you reached the Late Era with Portugal eh? Your armies now will be godlike.
Also, this is not a gunpowder unit but conquistadores are only available after you discover the Americas(never tried it with Portugal but i guess it works the same way as Spain)...
It says itself that you need to build the necessary training facilities to recruit gunpowder troops - if you do not have access to any as of yet, you just have to build recruitment buildings of a higher level - check the building browser to see which building can recruit which troops.
