When it crashes do you hear your fan getting louder, because it probably is over heating. And what type of computer do you have? is it old computer? Older computers tend to freeze up alot. And are were you downloading anything before it crashed?

What do you do when it freezes? Do you have to restart your computer?

Check for viruses or programs that shouldnt be running. Have you made any changes to your video/sound drivers lately? Or installed any new hardware?

Do you have any anti-virus programs installed?

if not download and install the free version of AVG AntiVirus from here:
    http://free.grisoft.com/doc/2/lng/us/tpl/v5

then run a full system scan to be sure

Have you updated any hardware drivers lately?

Test your memory! Run memtest and/or stressprime/prime95.

download stressprime here: http://phonophunk.com/articles/ie-fi...list-items.php and just run it. Be sure to select memory stress though.
Could you post the kind of powersuply you have? The thing you describe sounds like it might be defective or just too weak.
And have you changed your hardware drivers lately? Such as videocard drivers?

And last but not least. Could you please write properly (use capitals, comma's, and points). Your sentences are kinda confusing to read

Power supply details can be found on the power supply. So you'll have to open your case. You can also check the stability of different lines on the powersupply with software tools such as: sandra, speedfan or motherboard monitor.
Also try the latest videocard drivers: click me
