Remember how mercenaries were recruited TW: Rome? You could hire them while you were on the road moving. I'm working on a vanilla Multiplayer Units mod for the campaign that includes Rise of the Samurai units. I wanted make Ronin Samurai recruitable on the road if that's possible. Does anyone know? Could I set the recruitment requirement as a certain Road Update?
