Yes hover your mouse over the settlement and then open console (hotkey normally is "~", above tab button). After that type this console command to see coordinates:
That is in game, otherwise while modding use Geomod to view coordinates.Code:show_cursorstat![]()

and one more thing. is the only way to give a settlement every building available for it, to go the the EDB pick every Building and then copy it into the descr.strat?

If you want to give buildings to a particular settlement then yes you have to put the buildings in descr_strat.txt from the EDB file.
Although this has nothing to do with coordinates, settlement are tagged as proper names in DS file.
I don't get why GIMP's Y-coordinate is inverted, is there a way to change that?
no, this was just a thing that i wanted to know. it has nothing to do with the coordinates

Bt it has to do with patents and copyrights Photoshop owns. PaintDotNet is the same way.
