Hotseat patch download?

Hello. Sorry for creating a new thread for this, but i believe it is important enough that other people may see it more easily too.

The old link for the KGCM hotseat patch is down.
Could anyone provide a new one?

I am currently hosting a hotseat with this patch and some players cannot play because they do not have the patch installed.

All the links to the HS patch have either been removed or lead to defunct file storage sites. I am not able to find a copy of this file on my computers so if someone would attach it to an email or a post it would be greatly appreciated.
The file name should be KGCM_Hotseat_Patch.exe and appears to be about 3.73 Mb in size.

I am sorry, but my hard drive crashed before I could make a backup of this file.
You may want to check on the link to the forum below and see if anyone has a copy of the patch. If anyone can attach/upload it I would be glad to include it in the proper thread.

Edit: I am trying to contact some of my associates in the HS forum, hoping that one of them may have a copy of the file. If they do I will upload it and post the link.

One question. The 4.3 patch is seperate? It doesnt include the hotseat patch right?

Does anyone feel like walking me through the proper way to run Hotseat Launcher with this mod? When I use it, it doesn't seem to list the mod, and I can't select Irish...
