Question about the voices

So, I installed broken Crescent 2.3 . It works all good, but on some nations (the hinduist nation for example) All the voices dont work, neither on the campaing or the battle. Its mute...
Is it part of the game? or is my game not working properly?.
I got medieval II total war Gold edition, and on spanish. Maybe that I got the spanish language
is the problem... (in case this is a problem and it isnt that the game lacks of voices for such nations).

I think the problem would be with installation, you know, some sound files not installed properly. And no, mute sounds are not part of the game.
