you need to have the nazgul with the ability to use the palantir (with king) in barad dir (or name sounding similar to that) and then prsss f3 (use sparingly as is apparently spawns stacks which i didnt know to my doom![]()

As Mordor you do not need to have anyone inside Barad Dur! It should work like that...
It looks like something is installed wrong!
Hitting F3 should not load any savegames in TATW.
Little hints :
1.This sign => "?" is ment to mark a sentence as a question! Your post is not a question! In fact there are two different sentences looking like one.
2.Try to use complete sentences! The language you are using does not matter.
If you do this more people will answere as it will be easy to understand what you mean.
Maybe you just need to remap the keys. I have a non-standard keyboard myself and many of the standard shortcuts do other things. There is an "edit key commands" menu in the options from the main menu. Change "load campaign" or "auto load" or something similar would be my guess. Good luck!
Total War addict since the beginning.
jackenbu2 has it. The instructions say something like "F3 or whichever key is mapped to Radar: decrease zoom". Check your key mappings to find out which key that is for you. The standard M2TW Help scroll should show you, typically shown via F1 but this might be mapped differently for you too.
You don't need to remap anything, just find out which key is "Radar: decrease zoom" and use that for starting the viewing.
