What is wrong with my computer?
My comp acts very weird now. Windows loads in about 10 minutes, but after it finishes everything runs fine. My comp was OK when I previously run it, and I didnt mess with the things I dont understand. Any ideas?

If you have windows restore turned on, just use it...saves a lot of hassle.
If not, then I am thinking spyware/virus ormaybe windows needs a repair.

Re: What is wrong with my computer?
Its probably a virus or a lot of programs starting with the computer, or both. To prevent programs from starting with computer go to Start -> Run -> type in "msconfig", go to startup tab, and uncheck anything thats unnessessary.

Re: What is wrong with my computer?
Do you have anti virus and anti spyware software installed and up to date?
If not, try AVG or Avast for viruses, and SpybotS&D and Adaware for spyware removal

Slow load times can be due to a number of things:
1) Viruses, adware, or spyware.
2) Too many programs set to run during start-up.

I know it is a bit too late to post here, but thanks for your suggestions. Anyway it was kind of weird coz next time I started my comp it acted as usually. Maybe that problem occured because of power supply - I tried to turn it on right after a breathtaking thunderstorm.
