Also, are the men of the city of rasan good, evil or neutral?

The city of Rasan is pretty neutral to the good factions but they are at war with the Variags, Annûn and the orcs of Ímundûr so they are fighting the bad guys
There are some neutral factions of wich most of them lean towards good, being the republic of Ondyren, the Xarhun empire (allies of eachother) and Gwaith-uin-Mescain or the swampmen. The Wulfamundu tribes are neutral too but they lean more towards the bad side
Other faction info will be updated after the map preview so probably next week

The republic of Calinor will be minding it's own bussiness, they are at war with Ázkhorabar and the orcs of Ímundûr but I don't think they will have any "good" allies
