creepy bastards, not *sigh* part of love story....

i mean really, what th are those people thinking, who are turning awesome monsters into soft-hearted love machines?! okay, i can VERY remotly understand vampires, as they are probably most logical ones to have feelings as they are actually real peoples turned into vampires (i still think that twilight sucks bigtime, but "interview with vampire" is very good book), but zombies? give me a break.
until i found out about this show, i really hoped, that at least zombies are not actually turned into loving beings, but no, movie industry has to turn last 2 creepy creatures into... i dont even know what.
actually in a way twilight and this warm bodies or whatever this zombie love story is, made me fear vampires and zombies even more, because i rather had my blood sucked out or brain eaten, than being part of vampire/zombie love story
but hey, enough about me, what about you?

there's a zombie love story? Sorry, I've never heard of it, and I don't think it'll catch on (I mean, vampires and werewolves are logical; they have human minds, while zombies are classified by their lack of). Perhaps there could be a comedic zombie love story, and I have heard of a few 'brought back from the dead' love stories where they aren't entirely whole when brought back, but a played-straight zombie love story just doesn't make sense.

I don't think they can make zombies physically attractive enough to cash in on Twilight-esque success. Also, reading the book summary on Wikipedia, it actually has a few basic concepts that are pretty interesting (although they could be butchered horribly in the book itself, I don't know of its execution). The idea that zombies are violent, uncontrolled shells that, trapped in a torment of a total lack of memories, logic, or real brain function (just decomposition, which must hurt), and violently assault people to pursue the only thing they have left- getting high off of devouring people and experiencing their memories and emotions for an instant- isn't that bad. However, the idea that it would turn into a romance doesn't make sense to me.

Aw well, I doubt it'll become a fad-as I said, these things feed off of images of physically attractive and mysterious things, and this is more like an ugly, pathetic thing, really.

Haha, Ya I cried when I saw the trailer. But the nice thing is: the movie was filmed in the city i live in.

But on topic, well, it isn't really surprising really. Once Twilight came out, other derivatives were bound to come, and this movie/ is no exception.

Not all modern film zombies are loving

Zombies are so overplayed now that when I go to a shooting range trust fund hipsters bring out their "zombie killing" irony guns complete with $1000-$4000 Eotech and ACOGs and shoot zombie targets saying they are preparing for the zombie apocalypse. Its annoying as and weird.

I used to think that "Zombie" was a racist code word for black people and Zombie Apocalypse meant race war or killing muslims or something nut at this point it is clearly not since people seem to devote their lives to this Zombie idiocy. Ranges frown on shooting people targets, but Zombies are OK because its kewl. Silhouettes are SO 2003

Zombie games all over the place, all kinds of zombie tv shows and books. MY GOD put an end to it already. I always hated zombie movies to begin with but now I absolutely can't stand this
