Error when trying to launch the game

I haven't playerd RS2 for almost a year. So I decided it was time to start playing again, I installed RTW, BI, patch 1.6, and Alexander. I downloaded the torrent RS2, the patch RS 2.1 and installed it all.

But when I select an engine or faction, it gives me an error, I ignore it and launch the game, it gives me the same error, but after ignoring it again, it launches the game, and it crashes and gives me another error.
