Problem with Sound.

I have a big problem with KGCM, sound not working at all. I am using 4.3 KGCM, 1.05 MTW2 Gold(No Steam) and I have no idea how to solve this problem.

What OS are you using? Have you checked the FAQ thread? Do you have sound in Kingdoms without the mod?

Yes, my Kingdoms and any other mod worsk fine and yes, I did checked the FAQ, my problem was not solved. And OS, please, could you explain. I apologize but I do not understand that abbreviation.

OS = Operating System, such as Vista, Windows 7, XP, and others.

Is this a non-English version of the game?

I have English Gold Version and still my vanilla and other mods work fine.

The first option that I would recommend is to completely uninstall and remove the KGCM. Then I would disable UAC if you have not done so already, followed by a complete reinstall, starting with v3.0. Please read the instructions carefully and notice that the v4.2 patch and v4.3 patch are not installed into the same folder. Also let me know if you have a 'non-standard' installation, such as not using the default drives or folders for installation.

My installation was typical, game files placed in C:\Program Files\SEGA. About the mod, I have deleted it for first time becouse of this sound problem. When I installed again, I had the same

. I thought I can outlived it with music but, it is getting really annoying after a time. Okey, gonna try to turn UAC down.

This sound problem was the reason why I deleted KGCM for first time. After a moment, I returned becouse I missed this overkill fun mod. Yet, again, same stuff happened. I thought I can just listen to music but it got annoying. Yea, I tried to shut down UAC and yey, it works. Thank you very much, good sir Stylix and good sir Henry.
