Has anybody managed to get this runnin with Steam yet?

Hello Everybody.

Was just wondering if anybody has managed to get 1.5 running yet on their Steam copys of the game? I have tried everything sugested in these forums and nothing works for me. After the first turn I ctd with an unspecified graphics error. Changing the kingdoms client to admin only stops the game from opening at all. I am using Windows 7 X64. Would apreciate any tips if you have on how you got it to work. As I said have tried everything sugested that I can see posted to this date before posting this myself.

I will post some tips that I read somewhere cause I dont have a steam version. I read that you should have to name the folder of the mod as one of the kingdoms campaings and rename the folder used with other name. For example, you rename the cow folder with the america or crusader folder name, for example, and use the america shortcut as if the cow were the america campaign for kingdoms.

open the app

click on file > new mod

mod name : whichever you like called mine "Call of Warhammer" respectively

config file > this will pick up automatically if you goto path: > you must click on browse in this window and search for your call of warhammer folder within your steam/m2tw/mods folder

make sure to check kingdoms as game exe

click ok, goto steam kingdoms, under play should be a new option > Call of Warhammer, or whichever you named the mod

Hey guys thank you for betting back to me. Have been using the launcher mod app for a while (Have been playing mods for kingdoms for years now, cow is the only one I can't get to work) but the game is still really unstable. After the a.i's 1st turn the game ctd every time on every faction. As I said I have crawled over these forums for days now and have tried everything that has already been stugested. What I am hoping is that somebody who has had this problem (I know they are out there I have seen them posting in other threads) Who has managed to find a fix can take me through what they actualy did. Will rep you guys anyway just for getting back to me, thx
