Far too long, I prefer playing mine. You should do a summary video; remove all but your strategical/critical choices and tactical recipes.

ah ok i could just add 5 miniute battles or sieges instead of the world map and im also advertising this on other forums to try get people into the mod as well as the people who already have it.

Bonus: i might do these long ones and then separate battles so i can still do both

What the other guy said, too long, sitting while you read unit descriptions etc. is not interesting.

The way you manage the battles, your replenish rate and income will never keep up with your losses.

The Elves strong point is their archers so use them efficiently.
Spread them into as long a line as you can, try and give them a clear line of fire, get them out to the side so they can fire into the flank of the enemy.
There are lots of posts regarding archer use on the forums.

From an RPG point of view your friendly fire losses are horrendous (IMO). Elves shooting straight into the backs of their comrades just makes me want to cringe.

    Cheers

Here's some comments and tips on your campaign game: Develop your economy before developping your military or your culture. Your units can deal without that 1+ armour upgrade you get from the Leather Tanners. If you do this you will have more money for your armies when you really need it (when OMM get their act together and starts attacking you around turn 30).

I go for growth, economy, then armour before units. Units are expensive, and I want to protect them the better the sooner (and surviving helps keeping experience).

Silvan elves'campaig is my the one I prefer.
You should change the way you fight with them (mostly with archers)

sorry for the double post but i'm thinking of restarting the series using this complementation of the mods <http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=419958>

i'll still be doing the silvan elves but this mod makes things seem alot more interesting for me and improves on vanilla alot as everyone here knows i guess and i will use everything you guys were talking about into account

It's not compatible with 3.1. It might be soon tho, I'm not sure. Try Baron Samedis submod pack instead IMO it's even better than MOS

Read the last few pages of the Barons mod thread first, some people are having game breaking CTDs.

I don't know what percentage of users are having the trouble but personally I'm waiting for Baron to get back from his current project and fixes it before I download.

    Cheers

Indeed, the CTDs seem to happen everytime Isengard is defeated, either by the player or the AI. So a Rohan campaign is currently no fun, High Elves/Eriador have other enemies but will eventually have to deal with Isengard, too. What seems to work is reducing Isengard to one small settlement (e.g Byrig) and make it your vassal. Resist the temptation of killing Saruman if he's standing in your lands all alone, you might cause a CTD.

I prefer MOS, but I don't think it will be ready for TA3.1 before weeks...
If you can, cut your videos, show only the more interesting, with linking it to your stategy:
Keep your first voice as memory only for you about what you did, and put a new voiced explanation on your edited video. That's much work, but this time it shouldn't be for nothing...
You gave me the idea to do like you, but I don't think I will as it should take much time..

ah yeah i can make ones like this pretty easy just at the start of a battle stop recording then re-record then put it all together then separate the battle

also with all the ctd's that might be extremely annoying im only currently up to turn 57 as the silvan elves just to check out the mod then ill restart and i'll let you all know now things are alot easier with my economy up first.
